How do I reach the Account Services department?
 

You can send your billing questions or issues to billing@there.com anytime.  We are typically able to respond to e-mails within 12-24 hours (not including weekends). 

Or, FOR BILLING ISSUES ONLY, you can our reach the Account Services department via There Live Help.  The hours of live support are Monday – Friday, 12PM – 6PM Pacific time.  We are also available at 1-866-4UTHERE during this timeframe.
