Can I get a refund for the Member Program or Therebucks I purchased?
 

There has a “No Refund” policy.  As outlined in our Terms of Service: Member Agreement, “YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART…you may cancel your membership or subscription at any time, but There will not refund any fees that may have accrued to your Account before cancellation of your membership or subscription, and we will not prorate fees for any subscription.”  This includes Therebucks purchases.

If we have received a request to close your account near the end of your billing period and are unable to process your request prior to the next month’s fee, contact There at billing@there.com and we will remedy.
