Update 6/21 12pm - While we  had thought we had a fix, the crashing resumed this morning, and so we are turning off Transaction History again.

Now that Transaction History is actually working again, it's uncovered some bugs that have lain in wait since the first incarnation of Transaction History was written so very long ago. Since that transaction history code never worked right, these bugs were silent until now.

 These bugs are crashing the avatar servers, and causing general havoc such as login failures, and broken funzones/houses.

To restore stability to the world, we have turned off transaction history for all users while we work on resolving these bugs.

We'll be restoring access once we know that Transaction History can be used without crashing an avman (or several).
