RESOLVED - At this time, avman8 is considered stable. We have found the cause and a fix was deployed. Auctions access has been reenabled.

Update 5:20pm - We are still experiencing crashes from this avatar server. The server has been shut down again while engineering diagnoses it.

Update 4:10pm - The avatar server avman8 has been shut down temporarily. This will result in logins not working for avatars hosted on that server, and zones hosted on the server will also not function.

Update 4:00pm - It has become necessary to close auction access while we work to resolve these ongoing issues. We apologize for any invenience this may cause.

One of our avatar servers (avman8) is experiencing difficulties wherein it crashes, restarts, and then crashes again.

Engineering is looking into this issue. This issue may cause difficulties with logging in, access to items, and also may cause problems with auctions as this is the primary auctions server.
