We are continuing to investigate and identify avatars and transactions which were affected. Our plan is to identify any problems and make refunds as appropriate. We are also considering other mitigations for members which have been affected by this

As you may know, we have recently had some problems with one of our servers that may have created issues for some There users on the server. We believe that there may have been problems with the recovery, and we have all hands on deck to try to solve them.
