There.com receiveing large quantity of Virus email

Due to the new "Sober" virus/worm, There.com's support staff email addresses are receiving a large number of invalid virus-payload emails with the following subject lines:

"Registration Confirmation"
"Your Password"
"mailing error"
"FwD: Your Password"
"Your email was blocked"
"Re:"
"FwD: Re:"
"FwD: Registration Confirmation"
"FwD: mailing error"
"FwD: Your email was blocked"

As a result, emails which have these subject lines are being deleted without review.

When sending emails to There, please always make sure that you give a subject line that is an accurate summary of your email. If you send an email which has no subject line, and we reply to you, and then you reply back, the email will have the subject line of "Re:" and then be erased without being seen.

Please _always_ give a subject line in your email when sending email to There Customer Support, this will better help us locate your email and reply to it.

Thank you for your patience,

-There Customer Support
