Q: What is CC Metro?
A: CC Metro is a new 3-D world that's replaced Cokestudios. In here, you can make new friends, chat, play, create, dance, mingle and much more. You must be 13 or older to become a member.
Q: What happened to Cokestudios?
A: Cokestudios was replaced with CC Metro, a new place that has even more things to do.
Q: What happened to the blogs?
A: All blogs were removed from the site on December 6th to make way for CC Metro.
Q: Is CC Metro monitored?
A: CC Metro is monitored and there is live assistance if you need help.
Q: What happened to the furni I have?
A: Therebucks is the official currency of CC Metro which you can use to purchase new items. We have given each piece of Cokestudios furni a Therebucks value, and all furni will be converted to Therebucks that you can use in CC Metro to purchase new items. Q: What happened to my decibels?
A: Decibels are no longer available. Therebucks are the only currency in CC Metro.
Q: What happened to my v-ego?
A: Your v-ego got a makeover. In CC Metro, you will need to create a new avatar. You'll have the opportunity to make it similar to your v-ego, or different.
Q: What happened to my personal studio?
A: Since we've moved to CC Metro, you have a whole new space to play in. There are many types of private and public spaces. Go explore and see what we have to offer.
Q: What happened to my music mixes?
A: We have upgraded the music mixer. Your current music mixes are not available in CC Metro.
Q: What is happened to my screen name?
A: Just like in Cokestudios, only one person can use a screen name. If someone else in CC Metro is already using the same screen name you are, you may be prompted to select a new one.
Q: Will my buddylist be transfered over from Cokestudios into There.com?
A: No. Because you and your buddies may not have the same screen name, transfering your buddy list would not have worked. So you will start with a blank slate.
Q: What else is different in CC Metro from Cokestudios?
A: CC Metro is an entirely 3-D world. CC Metro has a new currency, called Therebucks. When you log in to CC Metro for the first time, your Cokestudios furni will be transferred into Therebucks.
Q: What is There.com?
A: CC Metro is built inside There.com. Being a part of CC Metro allows you to participate in There.com events as well as all that CC Metro offers.

Q:Does this cost money?
A:No! There is no cost involved in joining or participating in mycoke.com. You just must be 13 years old to join.
Q:Why do I have to sign up for an account?
A: You need to sign up to gain access to CC Metro. Your email address and password can also be used to log in to many other Coca-Cola Company websites.
Q: What are the mycoke residency requirements?
A: mycoke.com login and registration is limited to U.S. Residents only.
General Questions
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Follow the "Password Help" link on our home page, enter your email address and we will email you a link to change your password. We don't just send you your password because we want to make sure your account is secure. You will need to select a new password. And remember; don't share your password with anyone! If anyone offers to give you something in return for your login information, be careful; it's almost certainly a scam! And NEVER respond to an email that asks for any personal or account information. We will NEVER ask you for such details via email.
Q: Is there a way to close my account and have my information removed?
A: If you want to have your account information permanently deleted, you can fill out the online form here and our Consumer Care team will delete your information. You must be logged in to access this page. NOTE: This may delete accounts you might have with other Coca-Cola websites and will also delete any stored points or virtual "items" you may have accumulated. This action CANNOT BE UNDONE so please be sure you wish to have your account permanently deleted!
Q: How can I change my account information?
A: Log into your account and click on "Update My Account". You will be able to change most of your account information, including email, password and Challenge Question/Answer.
Q: How can I manage my email preferences?
A: To be removed from a specific mailing list, you may follow the links in any email we send you to opt out. You may also log in to any of our websites using your mycoke.com login and update your email preferences there. Alternately you may call us at 1-800-GET-COKE. Contact us.

A: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for this information.
Q: Will this put me on an email list?
A: Coca-Cola respects your privacy. You can select whether or not you want to receive email from us. We will give you the choice during signup, and you can always change your choices later by logging into your account and clicking on "Update My Account" or by simply clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email you receive from us. Q: Why do I have to accept the Privacy Policy again?
