Update 12:30am - The cause of portazones not receiving added time (and resetting to 60 minutes) has been resolved. POrtazones affected are still affected in that time added is still gone, but time may be added back without loss of Therebucks at this time. Please email help@there.com for assistance with recovering credit for lost time, as below. In any email, include the name or doid of the portazone(s) affected.

At the current time, refilling a portazone is not correctly functioning on some avatar servers. On those servers affected, refilling the portazoe will take Therebucks, but the portazone will be reset to have only 60 minutes irregardless of the amount paid.
Engineering is currently analyzing the issue. Please do not refill portazones at the current time, to avoid being affected by this issue.
If you and your portazones have been affected by this issue, please send email to help@there.com with subject "ATTN: Helper_Hecate" and give the name of the portazone(s) affected. We do have records of how much time the portazone the portazone had before an attempt to purchase time reset the portazone to 60, and will be able to credit lost time.
