Why can't I log in? |

There can be any number of reasons that you are unable to log in. If you are not presented with an error message asking you to enter your billing information or stating that your account has been closed, you need to contact Technical Support for additional assistance.
Please send an e-mail to help@there.com your avatar name and specific information about what you see when you try to log in. Include any error messages or behavior that you are experiencing.
(Example: Avatar: Helper_Support I try to log in, my friends see me log in, but There never launches.)
