If you already have an avatar and password, you can log in by opening up the web page http://www.there.com in an Internet Explorer window and entering your name and password at the top.

After you install the There Client, your 'sign on to there' icon will point to the registration page until you successfully log in once, which you can do by going to http://www.there.com in an Internet Explorer browser window. Once you have successfully logged on, your 'sign on to there' icon will point to the login page you are familiar with.
