INTRODUCING...ThereCare!
We are very pleased to introduce our new "Self-Help" system, ThereCare!
We certainly recognize our Help information was lacking in many ways. So, we are very excited to finally be in a position to deliver a much more dynamic, meaningful and searchable system that will give you the answers you need, right when you need them.
ThereCare has a great wealth of information from "How-To" guides, to There Fun Times archives, to Customer Support FAQ's.
We have spent considerable time internally to ensure the information provided in ThereCare is up-to-date. In addition, there is some great member created content! We will actively work to make sure each article provides enough information to help answer your question(s) or help address and/or resolve your issue(s). We will also do our best to keep the articles updated with the latest information.
To help ensure the articles are informative and valuable, we have provided two avenues for our members to provide feedback - you can rate each article and also submit comments.
We would like to extend a special "thank you" to the Communications Sub-Group for their review and suggestions related to ThereCare, as well as all the There employees who have spent a considerable amount of time and effort working to bring you ThereCare!
