ThereCare > House price reduction coming on 336 homes!

We've noticed that most of the houses in THERE are "sold out". The two exceptions to this are the small Tyr houses, which are currently priced at 18,000T, and the more expensive homes in Motu Motu priced between 28,000T and 35,000T.

This tells us that these homes are over-priced, so we're going to lower prices on these 336 homes as follows:

Tyr
In Tyr we're going to lower the prices for all of the small Tyr houses currently priced at 18,000T. There are 240 homes in this category, half of which homes are currently "sold".

We will be reducing the price on ALL small Tyr homes from 18,000T to 14,000T.

If you already own one of these 240 homes, your rent will soon be reduced by 4,000T.

Motu Motu
In Motu Motu, we're going to lower the prices for all Motu Motu homes priced between 28,000 and 35,000T. There are 96 homes in this category.

The rent on Motu Motu houses currently priced at 28,000T, 30,000T, or 35,000T will be reduced to 25,000T.

If you currently own one of these homes, your rent will soon be reduced to 25,000T, or by 3,000T to 10,000T respectivly.

Though we cannot tell you specifically when the pricing change will become effective, we can say that the change will occur in the next 45 days.

Based upon some feedback from the MAB and a few others, we're convinced this price reduction will increase the desirability of these homes. So if you've always wanted a house but couldn't find one, now may be the time to look again.
