I purchased a member program, why didn't I get my bonus?
 

Your membership will be processed when we have received and processed your payment.  Your bonus will not be granted until your payment has been processed. 

If you paid using PayPal or by mailing us your payment, we will process your membership when we receive your payment. 

If you paid with credit card through our site, your payment may have been caught by our fraud protection systems or the payment may have been refused by your bank.  Please contact the Account Services department if you have additional questions or need help.
