There are several reasons that could cause a delay in receiving your Therebucks, depending on the purchase method.
PayPal
PayPal transactions need to be manually processed, and can take up to 3 days once the funds have been transferred to our PayPal account. Please make sure that you have made your payment to paypal@there.com, in US dollars, and include your avatar name and a description of what the purchase is for (Therebucks, Music, etc).
Check, Money Order
We will process your purchase when we recieve your payment. Please mail your payment with your Avatar name and a description of what the purchase is for (Therebucks, Music, etc) to:

Credit Card
We have several limitations in place for your protection. If your Therebucks have not been granted within 10 minutes of receiving a confirmation message, please do not retry the transaction. Please contact our billing department and we will review the purchase.
