There is a very wide open and fun place where all kinds of interesting things can occur. There are places, however, where some of those things are restricted by permissions that are set for those places. As you walk or drive around, permission messages will appear in the Message Bar at the bottom of your screen indicating what the new permission is. The following is a list of those permissions:

Drive a Buggy or HoverBoard
Fly using a HoverPack
Shoot a paint gun
Drop anything
Pick up anything

We set permissions to allow everyone to have a good time, and to limit potentially distracting or inappropriate behavior. For example, you cannot fire a paint gun near villages, because people are talking with one another and not expecting a paintball to hit them in the head.
