It is possible that when a member tries to view the membership of a club, they will receive an error similar to the following:
An internal error has occurred
Unable to get member info for that group.
Please contact There technical support regarding this message.
Details:
Failed to perform GetMemberInfo for club Id 365802963: HTTP connection to 64.125.216.59 port 2311 for timeout reached, canceling connection for authDoid 365802963, host 64.125.216.59.2311, service "Club", command "getMemberInfo", query "ClubId=365802963&allinfo=1"
This error means that when you tried to retrieve the club membership, the avatar server which controls your club could not retrieve the membership within the time allotted.
Every operation in There is given a 'timeout' value, an amount of time in which the operation must complete, or it will be aborted. This error means that the timeout was reached, the avatar server could not retrieve the membership within the time allowed.
The avatar server is likely in the process of being restarted, or is under heavy load, if you receive an error such as this one.
Please try your requested operation at a later time, to allow the server to complete coming up, or for the heavy load issue to disperse.
When you receive such an error, please email help@there.com with a copy and paste of the error, and give the time that you received the error. Please note that Customer Support will use these emails to track when members receive such an error for purposes of informing Engineering and Operations, and that you may not always receive a reply to your email.
