Members on the "Free Basic Membership" cannot achieve Expert in any skill level. Your points for any skill activity are saved and accrued, but there is a cap on the skill that will prevent you from gaining the Expert level.

Should you choose to upgrade to Premium Lifetime membership, your skills will be fully unlocked and all accumulated points will instantly apply the next time you participate in any skill activity, making you Expert.
