When browsing auctions, you may experience the error:

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

XML document must have a top level element. Error processing resource 'http://webapps.prod.there.com/items/home'.

This error is believed to be caused at this time by the current avatar server difficulties and should be resolved ones the avatar server that is down is brought back online.
