ThereHouses and
ClubHouses are two separate products. ClubHouses can be broken down into three categories:
Basic, Huts and Performance Stages
While some ThereHouses and ClubHouses have the same layout and look,
and many are located in the same communities, they each offer slightly
different features and options.
All ThereHouses and ClubHouses have event capabilities, Zone Permission
settings and a a 30-day rental fee associated with them. Rent is
automatically deducted from the Zone Owner’s account every month.
ThereHouses are pre-fabricated homes created by There with a
limited style of houses. They are stationary homes that cannot be
moved. There Rental Homes are private, meaning conversations you have
inside them cannot be seen or heard outside the house. The houses have
Zone Permissions, Event Hosting Privileges, Ignore Capabilities, and
Weather and Environment settings. There Rental Homes allow for interior
decorating only, which means you cannot decorate the yard outside.
ThereHouses have Third-Party Event Hosting privileges. Owners can
create a list of members allowed to decorate and host events in their
private homes. ThereHouses have
Rental Deeds
associated with them. Rental Deeds allow the Zone owner to transfer
rental rights to other members. Zone Owners are able to set the sale
price of their home and auction off the rental rights to other members
in
Auctions for profit.
For additional information on ThereHouses please read the
ThereHouse Set-Up Manual.
There ClubHouses provide a central meeting place for Club
Leaders and Club Members to host exclusive group events. In order to
rent a ClubHouse you must be a Club Leader, and you must assign it to
an already existing Club. Only Club Leaders can rent ClubHouse Zones.
There ClubHouses are pre-fabricated dwellings created by There with a
limited style of structures. They are stationary Zones that cannot be
moved. Unlike a ThereHouse or a FunZone, ClubHouses do not have deeds.
They are designed to link to a club or group. ClubHouses cannot be
traded, auctioned or given to other members. When you no longer wish to
pay rent on a ClubHouse you must cancel the rental. If you cancel rent
on your ClubHouse it will be listed on the market for other members to
rent.
There are three types of ClubHouses you can rent in There:
- The basic ClubHouse is a large decoratable Zone, which allows a capacity of up to 50 avatars with Vehicles turned off.
- The second type of ClubHouse is a large Performance Stage Zone with an avatar capacity of 12. This stage comes equipped with lavish décor and a podium with group seating.
- The third type of ClubHouse is a Hut.
Huts are exterior zones that cannot be decorated with furniture or wall
hangings. They are open air areas containing four wooden chairs and a
table. Huts hold up to a maximum of eight people.
For additional information on ClubHouses please read the
ClubHouse Set-Up Manual.
