Last night you may have received a notice of rental payment to a lot that you do not currently have out in the world. At this time, we're unsure of what may have caused this, but we are working very hard to get to the bottom of it and refund any Therebucks that may have been taken from your accounts due to this error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Looks like we've figured out what went wrong and are working to fix it now. We will update you again once we have any more information.

Update 1/18/08 -12:15am:
We're running into a few troubles getting the process set up to fully refund all Therebucks, and won't be able to finish this as soon as we had hoped. A little more work will need to be done with engineering first thing in the morning. Our apologies for any further inconvenience this delay may cause.
Update 1/18/08 - 2:50pm:
At this time all affected lots are now UNrented and the rental therebucks taken have been refunded fully.
