If when trying to download the update through the autopatcher you receive the error "There does not seem to be installed" there are several factors which could cause this error:

1) You may be using IE7 or Windows Vista with IE7. IE7 has tighter security controls on which ActiveX controls are allowed to run. Without There's ActiveX controls being allowed to run, your browser will conclude that There is not installed.

2) You may have Virtual MTV software installed on your computer, or There Beta.

In either of these cases, you will not be able to use the autopatcher. Please download the full client directly from the following link:
