Buying and Using Therebucks

Therebucks are the currency used in There. The conversion rate between Therebucks and US$ is 1,800T = US $1. Additional Therebucks can be purchased on the Buy More Therebucks page on There Central. Therebucks can be paid for with any major credit card.

Due to variable processing times, it may take up to 10 minutes for credit card purchases to be reflected in your balance.

Therebucks purchases are secure and 100% guaranteed by There. There is no administrative charge for purchasing Therebucks.

If you have any questions related to your order, please contact Member Services at billing@there.com

Credit Card Transactions

  • When a charge is completed, your Therebucks balance will be credited automatically.
  • A minimum of US $5 must be spent to buy more Therebucks, and can be increased in increments of US $1.00. The maximum purchase amount is US $100.

We have several limitations in place for your protection.  If your Therebucks have not been granted within 10 minutes of receiving a confirmation message, please do not retry the transaction.  Please contact our billing department for more information about your transaction via e-mail billing@there.com, phone (866)488-4373, or Live Help.  We will research your purchase for you.
