The owner of a funzone or portazone has the ability to clear their zone of any objects not owned by them. This ability is called "Remove Foreign Objects".

When this is used, all objects in the zone, which includes vehicles, are sent back to their owners' inventories. However, if a vehicle that is currently being used is sent back to inventory, the error message

"The <vehicle name here> has been repossessed by its owner."

...appears on the member's screen. This can be very confusing, because if they are the owner of the object, and they did not retrieve it, so who repossessed it?

The answer is that the owner of the house or funzone that member/vehicle was in used "Remove Foreign Objects" and sent the vehicle back to its owners' inventory.
