At this time, the phones are once more operating normally and customer support is available.

--

Due to a power outage earlier today, our phone system is currently operating with incorrect settings. As such, Customer Support is not currently available for billing issues via telephone.

We estimate that this issue will be fully corrected and phones will be made available again by 1pm Pacific Time.
