Update 4/17 11:15am: At this time the avatar server has been brought up and we are monitoring it very closely. It is still in the 'just started, and so a little sluggish' phase, but this should work itself out within 30 minutes or so.

Update 9:00 AM PDT: We are Unfortunately Still Working On Avatar Server, We did Attempt to bring it online, but there was another error. That Error has been Identified and is being corrected soon.
We apologize for the inconvenience and have been working around the clock to fully restore the service.

Update 9:15 PM PDT: Additional checks to ensure that our server data is correct took longer than expected. However, we are now applying the last of the updates and the server should be back online in fairly short order.

Update 12pm PDT: At the current rate of restoration, we believe the server will be brought back online sometime before 6pm today.

Update 4:30am PDT: Yes we're open! Still working on the avatar server so hang tight, the rest of the service is up! Update 2:00am PDT: An early morning update to inform you that we are currently still working on this issue. We have gotten a lot done, but there is still a lot more to do! Updates when available! Update 9:44pm PDT: Unfortunately due to unforseen difficulties, we are unable to get Avman14 back up at 10pm PDT as we previously stated. Our closest estimate at this time is 12pm (noon) PDT 4/16/08. Update 2pm PT: Current estimates of the work needed to resolve the issues on this avatar server indicate that it may be able to be brought up again by 10pm Pacific Time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have taken one avatar server down for emergency maintenance.

Due to this outage, members may experience the following:

• Items in inventory that are "homed" to the down server will disappear from inventory, or show as "not yours"
• Portazones homed to the down server will disappear from world - these portazones will not count down time for the period of time they are disappeared. They will reappear when the server is online again.
• Avatars homed to this server will not be able to log in. "An error was encountered logging you in."
• Funzones and houses located on this server will not operate. The info page will say "This place does not currently have a description. Please try back later."

Other issues can be experienced, even for avatars not located on this server, as other servers can experience "sympathy pains" due to the inability to contact the down server for so long.
