There.com defines gambling as: payment of money or other consideration for a chance to win a prize, including, without limitation, Therebucks or other item(s) of value.

Games or events with a free entry are welcome on There.com, so long as they are not prohibited by law.

Members shall not use There.com for any illegal purpose or activity in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
