Today at approximately 3:30pm Pacific Time, our Theremail server experienced hardware failure and is currently offline. Operations is working to bring it up again.

For the duration of this outage, Theremail will not function. As the Theremail server is also the primary exchanger for mail sent to Customer Support, Customer Support will also not be receiving emails during this time and "Contact Us Webform" will time out and not work.

Real emails sent to help@there.com, abuse@there.com, or any of our other addresses will be delivered with a delay, and will not be lost. For the time of this outage, messages attempted to be sent via "Contact Us Webform" will fail and will be lost. Do not use Contact Us Webform during this time.
