We are very excited to announce that, effective today, we are providing around-the-clock support for abuse and moderation issues. If you check out http://live.there.com, the "There Live Help, Abuse" button should always say "OPEN"!

You, our community members, have requested full-time moderation coverage for quite a long time, and we are thrilled to be able to provide it now. We hope this increased level of support will enhance your There experience even more. Please bear with us over the next few weeks as we work through potential bumps in the road (for instance, there could be an hour here or there when support becomes unavailable). Please note that the schedule for Billing and Technical Support has not changed.
