**RESOLVED** Avatar Server (avman14) has been stopped for maintanance.
 
Update: Avman14 has been brought back up into service. total downtime was 45 min.

We appologise for any inconvenience this may cause. unfortunately we had to stop services on avman14 for some non routine maintenance. we do not anticipate this being a long outage.
