If you have problems with the update:

If you have Virtual Laguna Beach installed, you may not be able to run the patcher. Please use the link below for the full download.

Be sure to shut down your There client before running the patch!

Please note that you will need to reconfigure any software firewall after patching your installation of There. Please see the following URL for information on how to reconfigure your software firewall:

Having problems installing the update?

If you get an error that you do not have the correct version of the client for the update, or your current install is incomplete, you will need to do the following:

1. Go to c:/program files/There/ThereClient/Uninst.exe to uninstall your current copy of There
2. Download the full install from http://thereinc.edgeboss.net/download/thereinc/prod/download/Setup_There.20080319.exe

(Note: If you have saved layouts and are nervous about possibly losing them, please copy the c:/program files/There/ThereClient/UserData folder to the desktop before performing the uninstall.)
